Yeah Well, the reality is that policing has changed the last few years, especially in the last decade, and what we're finding is officers are hesitating to really make that, to take those proactive steps that they really should be taking, because in the back of their minds, they know that if they take down some big cartel, if it's a high profile case, if the media is going to cover it or if they have an auditor recording them, they know that it is possible that they're going to have protesters or crazies at their front door.
