Dr. Olivia Johnson holds a master’s in criminology and criminal justice from the University of Missouri, St. Louis, and a doctorate in Organizational Leadership Management from the University of Phoenix, School of Advanced Studies. Dr. Johnson works as a consultant, trainer, and Director of Training and Development for Responder Health and is the founder of the Blue Wall Institute where she provides consulting, needs assessment, and training to organizations and agencies in need. Dr. Johnson is a veteran of the United States Air Force, a former police officer, and a suicidology researcher. Dr. Johnson developed the only database in the world that looks at over 120 data points using autopsy and toxicology reports, police reports, social media, etc. when addressing the issue of suicide among frontline workers and can be correlated to additional occupational groups such as construction and trade workers, veterinarians, emergency department personnel, and members of the clergy, etc.
