Jason's career journey is a testament to his diverse expertise and dynamic leadership skills. With a robust background that includes co-founding and serving as Vice President of Operations at LEO Technologies, LLC. His tenure there spanned over seven years, marked by substantial growth and operational excellence. His role evolved from a law enforcement subject matter expert to leading the company's strategic operations, significantly impacting its development and success.

Recently, Jason joined the board of Popstock Educational Services, a nonprofit that leverages AI/ML to teach children financial literacy, saving, investing, and business valuation.

Prior to his corporate roles, Jason dedicated nearly two decades to public service as a Deputy Sheriff with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, serving from 2001 to 2020. His extensive experience in law enforcement helped shape his strong leadership qualities and deep commitment to community—a trait that he carries over to his role at Smash Factor.
