Chief Billy Grogan (Ret.) recently retired after a distinguished career in law enforcement. Chief Grogan's impact on the law enforcement community is not confined to his department. His leadership has been recognized statewide, evidenced by his selection as the 2023 Georgia Association of Chiefs of Police Outstanding Chief of the Year. He has also served as the president of the Georgia Association of Chiefs of Police. He has been an active member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) Human and Civil Rights Committee since 2006.
